Disney World - Magic Kingdom Day #2

After a day of swimming and relaxing at our resort, we went to the Magic Kingdom for our last day to celebrate W's 3rd birthday!!!  He was thrilled that it was for his birthday and he kept reminding us that it was his birthday all day!

The boys had to ride "Tomorrowland Speedway" again and again and again...

 Preparing to ride...

We also got to enjoy "Enchanted Tales with Belle" early in the day.  B was chosen to be the lion and he got to dance with Belle and roar like a lion.  It was absolutely adorable and he did such an amazing job!

We rode so many things again such as "Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" and "Under the Sea - Journey with the Little Mermaid."  We also got to enjoy the "Monsters Inc." show and "Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin."

And B and J had to go on the "Seven Dwarfs Mine Train" again...B has declared that it is his favorite roller coaster!  Woohoo!

We got great seats in Frontierland for the "Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade."  It was amazing...pictures cannot do it justice!  The costumes, floats and choreography is simply wonderful...

We took a train ride around the park- W's favorite (and J got off with the big boys to ride "Tomorrowland Speedway" again while I took the littles back to the stroller and to ride "The Magic Carpets of Aladdin."  Watch out for that ride- I got hit in the face with water!)

We met up at "Be Our Guest" restaurant, which is simply beautiful.  We celebrated W's birthday there with a Mickey Mouse cake!  He was so excited!!

Our final gift to the kids was an extra adventure...we headed to the Contemporary Resort via the monorail and attended the "Pirates and Pals Voyage."  We got to meet Smee and Captain Hook while eating cake, ice cream and a bunch of treats!  Then, we boarded our boat and had our own pirate to direct our voyage...we sang and watched the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom!
It was truly magnificent!

 Our personal tour guide...

We had a surprise guest when we got back from our voyage...PETER PAN!  B was so excited to tell him that he was going to be Peter Pan for Halloween.

We had an incredible trip!  Thanks so much to our planner, Nanci Weinstein, who made it so magical!  We can't wait to go back again!!!

Disney World - Magic Kingdom Day #1

We always love to spend two days at Magic Kingdom.  Our first day was a LONG day so we went early in the morning, went back to the Beach resort for a break, and then headed back for the "Not So Scary Halloween" party in our Halloween costumes.

After pictures in front of the castle, we headed to breakfast at the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and pals.  We love this venue...the food is great, especially the cinnamon donuts.

 K didn't like Pooh...

K wasn't thrilled about Tigger either...

After breakfast, we headed to Fantasyland and rode on the classic "It's a Small World."  We decided to split up and I took the littles to "Under the Sea- Journey of the Little Mermaid" while J took the big boys to Tomorrowland Speedway- their FAVORITE ride!

I got Will to ride his first carousel...he was nervous and then he loved it!

We rode the "Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" and then it was time for our fast pass for "The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train."  B does NOT like roller coasters, but we were really hoping that he would go this year.  It was time to go, but they refused so I went alone because I didn't get to ride it last time due to being pregnant.  It was super fun!

I got a rider switch pass so that J could go...well, the boys decided to go.  B did well, but M was not impressed and you can see J trying to hold onto him during the ride!

We ventured over to the entrance and on our way, the "Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party" was happening so we joined in on the fun!  M loved dancing...

We got our pumpkin picture and some treats before we got to meet MICKEY MOUSE!!!

W said he loved Mickey Mouse...so we bought the doll for him:)

We hopped on a bus and headed back to Beach Resort for a break...

Then, we got dressed up in our costumes for the "Not So Scary Halloween Party!"

 Tinker Bell
 Jake from the Neverland Pirates
 Captain Hook
Peter Pan

Our awesome pirate family!!!

I was Izzy and J was a pirate

I cannot say enough about how amazing this event was at Disney...the park only has about a third of the people it normally does so we enjoyed short lines for the rides.  We got to see the "Boo to You" parade and we actually got to trick-or-treat throughout the park!  And it was the really good candy and they filled our bags up!  We ended the night with fireworks while riding the "Dumbo the Flying Elephant."  The littles were scared and cried, but I couldn't help looking at the sky in wonder.  We also got to meet Donald Duck, Daisy, and Minnie Mouse in their special fall outfits.  W even went on the Barnstormer with J and I...you could walk right on!  He called it the "fast train" and he screamed the whole time so I was shocked when he went back on it with J.  He was very proud of himself!

Tinker Bell and Jake got to meet Tinker Bell!
 Enjoying the parade...

 Meeting the princesses with K...

We were exhausted and didn't get home until midnight, but it was worth it!
